Pressure/Temperature Control
Armstrong pressure reducing valves (PRVs) and temperature regulators help you manage steam, air and liquid systems safely and efficiently. And they ensure uninterrupted productivity—by maintaining constant pressure or temperature for process control.
Steam, liquids and gases usually flow at high pressure to the points of use. At these points, a pressure reducing valve lowers the pressure for safety and efficiency, and to match the requirements of the application. There are three types of PRVs.
Condensate Return
Turn to Armstrong for expert steam piping, complete with steam traps, control valves, condensate removal equipment, and so much more. Our specialists can help you: ensure that steam traps are properly sized, selected and in working order; monitor traps and steam quality; and deaerate and maintain condensate at appropriately high temperatures.
Flow Measurement
Our groundbreaking flow measurement technology and equipment includes a full line of differential pressure flow elements and vortex, electromagnetic, and ultrasonic meters, including VERIS Accelabar®—our patented flow meter that doesn’t require any straight pipe lengths for installation.
Steam Generation
On demand steam solutions. With the simple press of a button, Miura industrial steam boilers produce steam in five minutes or less from a cold startup. This means you’re producing steam only when you need it.
Miura boilers are equipped with a user-friendly communication panel that alerts you if something is not right. This allows you to catch issues early and avoid costly downtime.
Calpacific offers Thermon’s full range of steam generation systems, including electric steam boilers, electrode boilers, and gas-fired steam boilers from the Precision Boilers product line. These systems provide safe, reliable, and energy-efficient steam for process heating and building applications—ideal for facilities requiring zero emissions, tight control, or space-saving design.
Water Softening & Feed Water
Miura’s MW regeneration process comes with the added reliability of double tank alternation, our system-integrated Colormetry hardness detector, and a control panel that interfaces with Miura’s MOM and ER dashboard systems. When it comes to protecting your investment, and taking care of your boiler, soft water is absolutely critical.
Thermal Insulation
Apply reusable, detachable insulation to high-temperature, radiant surface conditions on valves, fittings, and intricate surfaces that are frequently left uninsulated in order to accomplish energy conservation, thermal efficiency, and safety for high-pressure steam, processing, hot or chilled water, or engine exhaust systems.
Boiler Blowdown and Chemical Feed Systems
Calpacific offers boiler blowdown separators, tanks, and chemical feed systems from Madden, designed to protect steam systems from scale, corrosion, and pressure buildup. Madden’s rugged, ASME-rated equipment ensures safe removal of high-pressure boiler water and consistent chemical treatment for optimal boiler efficiency and longevity.
Boiler Rental
